Do i need the credit card i bought the tickets?

I'm 17 years old I'm flying out of american airlines to dallas and then to NY. A good friend of the families bought the ticks with her card and i payed her back and all that jazz. ANyway, do i need her credit card to use the self check in?|||Nope. In order to use the self check in for AA, you need to swipe a credit card, passport, or drivers license with a magentic strip (any of these must have the passengers name) in order to proceed with check in. I'm guessing your a resident of Texas, so your drivers license should work (I could be wrong, been a long time since I lived there!) Even if you can't use the check in kiosks, you can check in with an agent. No worries.

***EDIT***

It will check you in for one way. When you check in for your return, it will issue boarding passes for all legs on the return portion of your trip. Have a good trip!|||Credit card that you paid with has nothing to do with checking in
