What is the maximum rate of credit card interest that can be charged in the state of California?

I found some information on ursury laws but know the credit card companies have ways of getting around them. Anyone know if there is a max for California consumers?|||If there are laws in any state you can bet the card company's find a way to get around them. In PA I've seen rates as high as 24%
