What secured credit card reports to all 3 credit bureaus?

I can not get a unsecured credit card without paying ridiculous fees that are more than 50% of my credit limit and need to build my credit so I thought if I got a secured credit card but want to make sure that it reports to all 3 does anyone know of one that reports to all 3 and wont rip me off?|||First Premier, Orchard Bank, H.S.B.C. and Capital One all report to all three bureaus and offer secured credit cards.|||A secured credit card through a bank always reports to the agencies that bank works with.
