How can I bring my credit card payments into one?

Between my husband and I we have like 6 credit cards. I want to know if there is a way to pay some of those off without consolidating. It is just the really sucky ones with the high interest rates. They are probably a total of $6000, but if I could just pay off a few this would help. I don't think I could get another credit card and transfer the balances. Is it possible to get a small loan for this?|||It's very possible that you could get help from a non-profit credit counseling service. They negotiate with your creditors on your behalf, and they don't charge you a fee. They also don't ask you to borrow any more money. They will consolidate your payments into one lower monthly payment and take care of making sure that it gets to your creditors.

Here is one such service that I recommend - http://necessaryvirtues.com/go/4022/15|||get a a transfer loan from a credit card.

http://www.bestcreditrates.net|||Getting a bank loan to pay off the cards IS consolidating. If you have any equity in a home, or even a car, you may be able to use it as collateral to get a better rate.|||Well, sounds like you are in a tough spot. My wife and I learned quite a lot from mycreditadvise.com which we used to help understand our problem and repair it.

Good luck|||You may be able to get a small loan from a bank. Thats what my brother did, twice.|||Depending on your joint income, you cpuld possibly get a credit card to consolidate with, however that would be a foolish move, with the high interest rates.

Yes , a small loan could be possible, however as usual it all depends on your credit scoring.

Your bank should be able to help... particualry if you have a mortgate with them.

Good Luck
